Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging together with proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

United Kingdom (Domestic Orders)

We provide free return shipping for eligible UK returns within 30 days.

International Orders

International returns are accepted within 30 days. Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Vehicle Compatibility

Please ensure the part is compatible with your vehicle before installation. We recommend checking the OEM part number or contacting us before purchase if you are unsure.

Items that have been installed, modified, damaged during fitting, or are no longer in their original condition cannot be returned unless they are confirmed to be faulty.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Installed or used parts (unless faulty)
• Custom or special-order items
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
• Gift cards
• Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original product once approved and place a new order for the required item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item remains unused, uninstalled, in its original condition and packaging, and proof of purchase is supplied.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
